These positions are advertised to develop a roster of recommended candidates, who may be deployed on need basis. Duties and Responsibilities: - Facilitate the FieldOfficer in his/her overall supervision, coordination and monitoringfunction
- Draft correspondence,compile and organize documents. Receive and review requests from project field officesregarding procurements, subcontracts and quarterly advances.
- Assist in all necessarydocumentation for submission to differentstakeholders.
- Generate, monitor andcheck financial reports.
- Maintain a good filingsystem, electronic or otherwise, of the programme.
- Provide all logisticalsupport for meetings, seminars, workshops and missions.
- Presentation ofinformation for internal and external audit
- Creation of requisitionsand raising of POs and non-PO vouchers in ALTAS
- Assist in collection ofvarious data and support in furnishing ofQuarterly, Semester and Annual Reports.
- Prepare and executeworkshops / training sessions for selected committees
- Coordinate and monitor theimplementation of the assistance programme at the local level, in closecollaboration with the implementing partners;
- Assist in the implementationof the plan of action, review achievement and constraints and providefeedback accordingly;
- Perform other relatedduties as required.
