Provincial Campaign/Operations Room Officer
Under the technical supervision of the WHO Medical Officer in the province (the provincial team leader), under the overall supervision of the WHO Representative , the Provincial Campaign/Operations Room Officer will undertake the following duties:
· To gather and collate the reported data during the pre-campaign preparation and the campaign implementation phases along with the action taken by the concerns
· To supervise the coordination of the polio eradication data management system and generate reports at the district level
· To maintain the campaign database at the provincial level
· To identify and report any problem/issues to the Campaign Officer and the Field Coordinator
· To prepare daily report during the campaign and a final report after the completion of the campaign
· To, regularly, communicate and share the reports with all the members of the control/operations room.
· To analyze administrative and monitoring data
Required Skills
No-Objection certificate from parent department for candidates in government service
Candidates will have to reside at the place of duty station incase he/she is selected
Excellent written communication skills in English, Urdu and local languages
Knowledge of computers including Microsoft Offices applications
